Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package any time on our Track Your Order page. New tracking numbers can take a few days to show their first update.

Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at snakechainjewelry@gmail.com. We can't guarantee changes after an order has shipped, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy or contact us and we'll make it right.

Taxes

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
