This website is operated by Snakechain ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting snakechain.us or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and pricing

We try to show our products, colors, and prices as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different on different screens. Prices, promotions, and product availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, an item is unavailable, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

Discounts and bundles

Bundle pricing and discounts apply automatically in the cart when the conditions are met. Promotions can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may end or change at any time.

Reviews and content

If you send us reviews, photos, or other content, you allow us to use it on our site and social media. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos, and designs, belongs to Snakechain or its content providers and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snakechain isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies when you use the site or place an order.
